Located at Amstel 51 are three museums: H’ART Museum, Amsterdam Museum and Museum of the Mind.
Here you can purchase an all-in ticket which grants admission to all three museums.

Admission to the Outsider Art Gallery and the Artotheek is free of charge.
H’ART Museum is open daily from 10:00 – 17:00. Last entry is at 16:30.
25 December & 1 January the museum is open from 12:00 – 17:00.
H’ART Museum is always closed on Kingsday.
You can buy a Museum Pass in the museum and use the card immediately.
The I amsterdam City Card can be purchased online. We also sell the card in our Museum Shop.

H’ART Museum is easily accessible by bicycle. The nearest station where you can rent a public transport (OV) bicycle is Amsterdam Central or Amsterdam Amstel. Click here for more information. There are plenty of parking spaces for your bicycle near H’ART Museum.

A short walk from H’ART Museum you can find the parking garages Stadhuis/Muziektheater, Waterlooplein and Markenhoven.
Cars, buses and taxis cannot stop in front of H’ART Museum. Are you being dropped off by a car or taxi? Please use the address Nieuwe Keizersgracht 1, where you will find a raised access pole. From there, it is a one-minute walk to the museum entrance.
If you have a physical disability, you can ring the bell at the pole to request permission to be dropped off at the entrance.
Wheelchair facilities
All rooms and facilities are wheelchair-friendly.
There are three disabled toilets and three public elevators in the building. It is possible to reserve a wheelchair or walker, and we recommend doing so due to limited availability. If you wish to use one, please send an e-mail to mail@hartmuseum.nl.

Guide dogs
Guide dogs wearing a harness are welcome in H’ART Museum. Other animals are unfortunately not allowed.
Special parking spaces
H’ART Museum has two disabled parking spaces for people with a disability, which can be reserved if you hold a disabled parking licence and the space is for your own car. To make a reservation, please send an e-mail to mail@hartmuseum.nl.
Please indicate: the date, (estimated) time of arrival and departure, licence plate number, and mobile phone number. This information will be used to make a reservation and send your confirmation e-mail. We cannot guarantee a spot.
