There is nothing more fun than watching movies in the open air. Enjoy a selection of film classics in the most romantic open-air cinema in the courtyard during Movies @ H’ART Museum 2025. In August, Amsterdam’s largest open-air cinema returns to the atmospheric courtyard of the H’ART Museum for the seventh time. For three weeks, you can enjoy a selection of film classics with an art film every Monday! Prior to each film, there will be the legendary film quiz and a short introduction to the film.

The art theme on Mondays with iconic Art Movies and mini art lectures filling the program. Before these art films, a special support program will take place, focusing on art. No quiz, as usual, but a short, live interview with an art expert with room for questions from the audience. All movies are surtitled either in Dutch or English.
